ABSTRACT
En el presente trabajo de investigación sobre las medidas de prevención en la reinserción social, la contención familiar es la medida preventiva primordial, que da mejores resultados. En caso de no estar presente, es necesario construir una red de contención, con el paciente, en la cual también puede estar incluida la comunidad terapéutica. Otro aporte es que, si bien el índice de recaídas de pacientes que iniciaron el tratamiento por situaciones límites provocados es alto, se puede trabajar con estos pacientes. Teniendo en cuenta que la búsqueda de tratamiento, también es una búsqueda de depositación, por parte de la familia. Conociendo esto, el terapeuta y el equipo tratante pueden generar las acciones pertinentes para prevenir que esta situación se repita. La intervención psicosocial es acción; una práctica teórica, reflexiva y critica en el juego o campo de las significaciones de lo político y de lo social, para que los sujetos logren su autonomía. Existe frente esta realidad una demanda implícita y un desafío teórico-práctico, de investigar e intervenir en ámbitos cotidianos, de creciente exclusión, donde se multiplican y se complejizan las historias y se amplía la realidad cotidiana.
ABSTRACT: In the present research on prevention measures in social reintegration, family containment is the primary preventive measure that gives best results. If not present, it is necessary to build a safety net, with the patient which can also be included therapeutic community.
